How To Create A Business Key

Why do I need a Key for business use?
In the business world, Spam is a big problem. The longer you have been using your e-mail address, the more Spam you will receive. By creating a separate key for each business show, client, or partner, you can eliminate the possibility that your other keyed e-mail addresses will be passed to spammers. In the instructions below, we will show you an example of how to create a key for a business show in Orlando, FL.

Step 1
Click on New Key.

Step 2
Type in the name of your business key in the Key Name field, such as "Business Card".
ZoEmail will automatically generate a random key for you. In this example, the randomly generated key is "excited53475".

*Notice the e-mail address to be given out will be johndoe.excited53475@zoemail.net
You may either keep this randomly generated key and proceed to Step 4 or customize it by going to Step 3.

Step 3
Type in a word that you would like to be the custom key in the Key field. In this example, we choose to call the key "OrlandoBizShow".
*Notice the e-mail address to be given out will be johndoe.orlandobizshow@zoemail.net

**Key is not case sensitive, and must be a minimum of five characters.

Step 4
Click on Save Key.

You are done!
You will be brought to the address book, where your newly created key is listed. To edit this key, click on it under the "Key" column.
