How To Move Emails To Another Folder
   

You can move e-mails from your Inbox to a specific folder. This helps you to find your messages more easily.
 

Step 1
Select the e-mail(s) you want to move by checking the boxes to the left of the e-mails in your Inbox.

Step 2
Click on the Messages to pull-down menu and select a destination folder. In this example, we will choose the "Old emails" folder.

Step 3
Click on Move/Copy to move the selected e-mails to this folder.

Step 4
You are now brought back to the Inbox. Click on the Folders pull-down menu and select "Old emails" to view your transferred messages.

You are done!
In the "Old emails" folder, you can view the messages you moved anytime.
