Terms of Service

The ZoEmail Referral Bonus Program is intended for use by ZoEmail customers to refer individuals with whom they have a known relationship. Program members agree to abide by ZoEmail's existing Anti-spam Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Any complaints received due to misuse of this program can result in the loss of bonuses accrued by you.

By referring individuals, you agree to the following conditions:

1. The ZoEmail Referral Bonus Program is only available to active ZoEmail members with current accounts.
2. The Referral Bonus is implemented through our order form. In order to qualify for the Bonus, the Referral Code (the username of the referrer) must be typed in the “Referred By:” field at the time of Registration. We are unable to give retroactive Referral Bonuses.
3. Referral Bonuses will be credited only if the referred account remains active after the 30-day trial period. Cancellation of a referred account before 30 days will result in the loss of the Referral Bonus associated with that account.
4. The Referral Bonus will equal $1 for each new account that signs up with a referral code. Account renewals are not eligible for the Referral Bonus.
5. Accounts that sign up with a referral code will receive the 13th month of service free. This offer is for new customers only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Referral Bonuses are good only for the account corresponding to the referral code. Referral dollars cannot be transferred to other ZoEmail users.
7. Referral Bonuses are paid by check, quarterly, in US Dollars to the address on file in the referrer's ZoEmail account. Checks will be mailed approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter.
8. Referral Bonus checks will only be sent once the total number of referral dollars reaches $10 or more.
9. There is no expiration date on Referral Bonus Dollars. They are valid and cumulative as long as the referrer is a ZoEmail member. Referral Bonuses totalling less than $10 at the end of a calendar quarter will roll over into the next calendar quarter.
10. Referral Bonus Dollars can be collected for every account that credits the referrer's ZoEmail Username. In multiple account purchases, Bonus Dollars will be credited for each account purchased.
11. ZoEmail may, from time to time, contact all members of the Referral Bonus Program via e-mail with relevant information, suggestions and expansions to the program.
12. Spam Isn't Allowed. ZoEmail is commited to eliminating undesired email, spam. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and can result in loss of ZoEmail privileges such as referral credits and even loss of a customer's account. Please don't send spam in your enthusiasm for the ZoEmail Referral Bonus Program.
13. ZoEmail reserves the right to make changes and alterations to this program at any time.
